Default 1966 Full Size L72 (Engine Only)

I saw this posted one the imapalss427 site. If somebody knows where or has the original car, here's the engine. It's in Daytona Beach.

No, I think the stamp looks goofy too. It should have a letter after the 6 to tell what plant it was built in (The Car)

Looks like a good stamp to me. Plant code is F, so it came out of a Flint, MI car. Vin stamps in 66 were done with individual punches for each character.

I agree.....the stamp looks as "normal" as can be for that year. I know Chevelle stamps look just like this one.

The ad could definitely use a better pic. The angle and light reflection is bad.

I agree about the poor photos...if this '40 year family member' is so treasured they could have opted for some better photography.
