Default xenon HID headlights

Been trying to research this to no avail. Can anyone direct me to a proper headlight kit for my 1970 Monte Carlo. Not sure what to get. I dont want them so bright that every time I drive by someone they flash their brights at me. That happens in my Tacoma daily. I have a set in my car currently, but I have been having issues and decided to just get a new kit. There is not one part/item number on the ones currently in the car, not even a mfg. Any help appreciated. Dave

Im not sure what number k rating the bulbs are but I use 6k bulbs. I converted my 08 Silverado and 14 Street Glide. The 6k gives a white light versus the blue or yellow depending if you go higher or lower on the k number.

You mentioned you already have a HID conversion in the car so I am assuming you have the proper headlight housing. What bulb is in there? I have Kensun kits off Amazon and they are great. I had a bad ballast when I went to install the kit on my Street Glide. I called their customer service and had no hassles, new ballast arrived in a couple days. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Kensun products again.

Thanks for the replies. I do have a hid system currently but I have no idea what it is. No part is marked with anything. That is my issue. Notstock71, that may be an alternative for sure. Appreciate the link. Never seen those. I just figured the car is wired up already, so I figured it would be simple to get new headlights , bulbs, ballasts, male wiring harness. My headlight housings are the originals. They drilled a hole in them and ran the running light through the hole. Not to crazy about that as it is pinching those wires, which ironically work fine. I have called a few places and am surprised at the salespeoples slack of knowledge in getting me what I need? I will check out those kits you mentioned on Amazon. Thanks for the help. Dave
