The 1969 Cragar GT Factory literature (see attached) lists a 14x6 rim for a 69 Camaro with or without disc brakes or 15x6 rim for a 69 Camaro disc brake option. However the 15x6 rim is only listed for a 68 Camaro disc brake application.
My assumption at this point is that the overall dimension of a 68 Camaro caliper when installed on the rotor is larger than the 69 Camaro caliper installed therefore requiring the larger 15x6 rim and according to notation 1 requires the corresponding spacer adapter kit 29100 for clearance. Can anyone confirm if a 14x6 Cragar GT rim will or will not fit a 68 Camaro with disc brakes? ![]()

Your assumptions are correct. The 14 I checked wheel will not clear the 67-68 4 piston calipers. That why 15 inch wheels are more expensive.

That makes perfect sense.
