Default changing tire sticker

Found this in the quarter panel of my 69 Z i tried to pices it back together has anyone seen this sticker before

Does yours have a curve to it?
Many reproduction houses repop a similar,but not exact copy and have it listed as 1973-77 Camaro space saver,and put out by B.F.Goodrich.
They omitted PROMPT in Line 4,and ran your line 6 into their line 5.

I had the early red and white version reproduced years ago, I too believe the later, 73 and up is correct for this.

I know Don Lightfoot reproduced several stickers. Is this one that he might have done?
