Default Time To Start Cruising In Phoenix Again?

It was below 100° today, so I drove over to Surprise for a Friday night cruise. Since it will be below 100° Saturday, I'm taking the Chevelle over to Pavilions.

It's a nice car. Listening to him try to start it makes me think he should snatched the carburetor off and overhaul it. But it sure is pretty.
