Can anyone tell me the difference between buying a hardtop set of body bushings to the convertible set! Also any recommendations on who sells the best set. Thanks

I believe the convertible has two more bushings vs the hard top.
Ground up sells a nice kit with the fasteners: https://www.ss396.com/chevelle/DCC-1...hevelle&year=0 |

Yes. Under the cowl - the ones that are visible in the engine compartment.

Well both my hardtops have a body bushing on each side that’s visible from under the hood with the inner fender wells out!

The frames are the same as far as the front and rear halves go. Only the center sections differ between the coupe and convertible and both have two front mounting locations in the frame (see photo). However, the coupe only uses one of those mounts (the outside one) whereas the convertible incorporated both (see photo of convertible body on frame).

Similarly, the rear sections are also the same between the two cars. The couple (1st photo) does not use this mount whereas the convertible (2nd photo) would use this solid mount in addition the rest of the coupes mounts.
