Just making sure it real. Been in garage for years and was rebuilt and stored. What's the value of this? Thanks

Hard to tell from the pic, kinda grainy. It looks to have been sanded down, some of the machine marks are gone. Check the advance plate and post a pic of it. I’m reserving judgement.
