This one needs some work, to be sure, but I'd be ordering the GM of Canada docs prior to getting too far down the road with the seller. Great colors and nice options, but the original block is no longer with the car. I'm guessing a more realistic price is $19-21k...I'd feel pretty good about spending that on this car.
