I know we talked about this one recently, when it was listed on Ebay for something ridiculous like a $25k buy-it-now, and no one was able to get in touch with the seller to determine whether it was bogus. I'm assuming that was a scam attempt, and THIS is the actual auction...currently at $25k with reserve not met.

I looked at this car back in 90-91 when the original owner was selling. The Sheetmetal had the typical spots of rust/ rot just starting to come through. I believe the cylinder heads were off the car when I looked at it. I saw the car after the restoration and it appeared to me that the paint was base/clear. A real original car. The cars original owner lived in Duxbury Massachusetts. At the time he was selling I think he wanted $13K. I don’t recall the dealership it was sold from.
