I like the caps too, had one the same but Red w/ factory Turbo 350 instead of Glide.
Looks like a beauty that just needs a new owner also few miles of road grime added to any underhood fluff.

Trade-in car on the original purchase was a 56 Chevy 2 door hardtop! Wonder if that was as low mileage as this one, seeing as how they allowed him almost $1100 for it? When I was in high school in the late 60's you could buy reasonably decent 55, 6, or 7 Chevys for a couple hundred bucks at most.

That is a sweet Malibu, the cloth seats are so gorgeous I can almost smell the interior aroma, AAHHH!!
I also much prefer the wheel cover look, and the rattle canned engine spoils the effect for me.

Astro blue. Same color of my 70 Monte that Jason is restoring.

With the Rallys I would walk right past it. With the stock wheelcovers I would stop and take a look.
