This one's one of my favorite Pontiac colors, Admirality Blue. Unfortunately, it's pretty rusty...haven't seen a frame rail that perforated in quite some time.

I remember back when I was in high school, I wanted an early 2nd gen F-body really bad - pre-battering ram bumper models only. Seems like the majority of the cars that I looked at had rust in the frame rails. Must have been a really common problem with these cars.

Wow, that poor thing looks like someone pulled it out of the mud of the Hudson River! Looking at the interior, I would have to think that it has been under water at some point. My favorite part of the listing is this:
"This car is a great example of a survivor type car that has never been touched..." I'm not sure just what it survived, but it sure wasn't the tinworm. It has definitely been touched by the rust bug. |
