Hi Gang, another rare treat here!
These are, of course, the coveted 1969 Camaro Z/28 E70-15 Firestone Sport Car 200 bias ply tires. This is a recently removed full set from a car being re-restored and "updated"... Anyway, that said, these four tires are used, but have been driven on sparingly, mainly in the last few months of the car's new ownership. I have no other history, please review the photos; they held air but out of an abundance of caution, I would not drive on them; they should be considered suitable only for show purposes. I am unsure of their age or originality / assembly line example status, but they have similar DOT codes as the ones Dan posted on here recently. I prefer local pick up in SoCal of course, but will ship at actual cost for supplies and shipping via FedEx anywhere. See the many photos below. The first tire shows like something spilled on it. The last tire has a cut on the outside sidewall; I use that term broadly as it does not seem deep but honestly, is more than superficial, but not fatal. There are signs of tiny cracking if you press on the uninflated tire as is not uncommon on older tires as shown, and expected. Very even (minor) wear as shown. These will top off that survivor car or for someone that just wants the look - it's the details, man. See all the detailed photos below and PM with questions friends. Note that these have the correct tread pattern and are molded "Made in USA" - I know a tell tale sign of Polyglas repops is made in "somewhere else" like Argentina or wherever. I also understand that current reproductions are on a crazy long backorder and no ship dates are expected soon. Used seems to be the only way in at this time. Cheers all, Anthony 2000.00 plus all shipping charges. |

Hi Friends and thanks for all the interest!
These are cool and a great addition to the right Z. I've confirmed with FedEx that they can be shipped "bare" (loose) and un-boxed individually as a "non-standard container" package. That's a $35 charge each on top of the going rate, which I agree is high, but it's that time of year, and these are large and not light. To help subsidy and get to the right home, I'm reducing the price to: 1200.00 plus the actual shipping charges. We can also negotiate meeting in SoCal as usual. PM or text with interest. Cheers all, Anthony |

Hi Gang,
Local pick up only now, as shipping on these is prohibitive: FedEx wanted $162 to ship just two tires GROUND to IL today... If you're in SoCal, we can negotiate a meet up if you're interested. I think this puts the end to me picking up large items anymore, unfortunately... Cheers Friends! Anthony |
