Thumbs up Rochester

I’m looking for a Rochester 7029101 and a Saginaw with correct date codes.I know boring but I still need them. I’m willing to travel if needed to get them. I have 69 Camaro coupe with a 307 Saginaw 4 speed JL8 package folding rear seat also set up for trailering. Plain Jane has been in a garage since 1977. Really need this to be brought back to life.

Thanks all

Wow if a real JL8 car, you’ve sure found the right group.
The trailering story sounds familiar, love to see/hear more also welcome aboard!

There is another member here that has/had a 307 JL8 car. Wonder how many with that combo are out there or were made?

Thumbs up It’s the real deal

I was going to build the car with a 327 and Muncie I had built over the years. But a good friend that has built many show cars over the years came over to help, when he saw what I had he convinced me to save it and restore it back to factory. So here I am. I have most everything for Jane just tracking down the last few items.

There was an orange one in SoCal years ago that was restored...kinda. Looked stock until you got up close-and then you noticed the ghost flames...

I'd bet you could count them on one hand. Congrats on the decision to keep it original
