Default rarest supercar...

Who has the rarest supercar?. Is it Tony Gerbis' 67 Yenko, or is it Craig Jackson's RS/ZL-1. or is it Bill Porterfield's Gibb/Harrell ZL-1?. You tell me.
Thanx Big Dawg.

MY VOTE GOES TO GARY HOLUBS YELLOW YENKO CAMARO. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, IT IS ONE OF TWO CARS THAT DON YENKO HIMSELF SOLD, AND THE ONLY SURVIVING. IT IS THE PRESTON LAWRENCE RACE CAR, THE ONE CLIFF ERNST USED TO OWN. IT WAS DISCOVERED TO BE THIS CAR AFTER GARY BOUGHT IT. GARY HAS DOLLED IT UP TO LOOK LIKE IT DID IN ITS GLORY DAYS. I BELEIVE IT WILL BE ONE OF THE CARS GARY TAKES TO CARLISLE AS PART OF HIS 6-YENKO DISPLAY. IT CERTAINLY IS NOT THE RAREST, BUT IT DOES HAVE A HISTORY THAT NO OTHER YENKO HAS. IN REALITY THOUGH, I DON'T BELEIVE ONE CAN BE DECLARED "THE RAREST".

Several of Kevin's supercars fall into the one-of-a-kind category, e.g. 68 COPO Yenko Camaro, or 68 Harrell SS 427 Camaro.

Visit Suydam Supercar Collection to see what he's got.

Any dealer built supercar is rare in my opinion, but two cars that get my vote are Brian Henderson's yellow 69 Yenko Camaro and Joe Swezey's 68 Dick Harrell Chevelle

If you are including COPOS & Corvettes then my vote is the 69 ZL-1 Corvette. If it is only dealer built cars I think Kevin definitely has some of the rarest ones: 68 Dana RS/SS, 68 & 69 Dick Harrell Camaros, 69 Motion Vette. There are some other collectors that have some very rare cars out there: 67 Nickey Camaros & Chevelles, 70 Dick Harrell Monte Carlo, and both of the RS ZL-1 Camaros that were heavily optioned..........RatPack.........

No. If it is a question of rarest you must look at 1 of 1. Eg a factory 427 or Z-28 Corvair would qualify. Or a 496 Can am Camaro. Look for 1 of 1 before you go farther. How about a LS7 454 Holden statesman. Specially built by the factory to be campaigned in A/Mod. One of one.
