1 hour from collinsville and i running 77 mph with the escalade and i hit radar and the volume on the detector was turned down. cop asks me how fast i thought i was going and i told him about 75 mph. he said that there were signs everywhere that pulling a trailer you were supposed to go 55 mph. we had no idead knowing the speed limit was 65 mph., 10 mph slower if pulling a trailer. rick and i looked at each other with amazement. cop say whats in the trailer and where are you going. i said a yenko nova and we were headed on a 13 hour journey. he said i'll be back in a minute. he came back and i said , what a way to start a sunday morning, he said i am just giving you a warning nobody has pissed me off yet today. we said thanks would you like to see whats in the trailer and he said hell yes. boy, what a relief thos yenkos bring good luck and the cop loved cars. moral of the story, always tote a nice ride, gives you something to talk about with the cops. shewwwwwww!
