Default TCS and Idle Solenoid

Would a 70 SHP 396 have both the TCS and the Idle Stop Solenoid.? I seem to recall my 70.5 Z28 having the Idle solenoid. Thanks as always.

JR;
After collecting several of them, including some NOS bracketry, I was informed that the 4speed cars did not recieve the idle stop solenoid. After hearing this from both Wayne Bushey and Jeff Dotterer, the clincher was when I couldn't find the single brown wire in the original wire harness for the solenoid. However, it is possible that the a/t cars did, and probably all of the California cars. Our baseplates are drilled and tapped for the bracket, and it does fit the holes, but apparently it was not used on the '70 SHP 4sp cars. Anyone else aware of what was used on the a/t cars??

Jim/Marlin,
I'll send you a couple of shots. Might help; might not.
