I was at a car museum yesterday and was told that Yenko is still modifing camaros,is this true.I just haven't seen any late model Yenkos so I thought I'd ask the people that would know.Hope I didn't just make a fool of myself!

The last Yenko was made in 1981. I can see why some people think that Yenko's are still being made... I brought my 69 Yenko Camaro to a Super Chevy once - there was a Yenko Chevette(!), 1987 Yenko Monte Carlo SS, and a 1996 Yenko Impala SS at the show. They were the ones that made it in the Super Chevy magazine, LOL.

Thanks I was in Duffy's in Ceder Rapids Iowa on Saturday and Mark told me in 2001 Yenko made 14 Camaros and Dale Earnhart signed 14 of them before he passed away.I had never heard of this but I don't claim to be a "know it all" either.Just thought I ask the people that know.Thanks guys
