1967 Z/28 "302 CU IN " decal ?

I was reading the 67 Camaro assembly manual and notice on page 436 they show a "302 CU IN " decal but it was canceled on 12/16/66. It looks like they were going to use this decal on the 1967 Z/28 but the plan changed. Anyone have any more info on this? I never noticed it before in the AIM.

Actually, it was an emblem not a decal. And it read "302 competition". But I don't think it was ever produced. The deletion notice preceeds the start of production in the last week of December.
