What Plant??
They all had their firsts.
The NCOA did a "Start To Finish" Registry on earliest and latest built Chevelles from 1964-1987.Mark listed the earliest known 1964 to date was a Baltimore plant #509.
He just started this, before the club went under,so it is not an accurate registry.
In todays Ebay world I wouldn't guess a Value.Someone will always pay more or less somewhere.
Try posting this over at Team Chevelle.
Alot of 1964 Gurus hang out there.

I've been through a few major model changes here in Oshawa over the years. During the first startup, the body shop isn't fully set up and there is a lot of fine tuning so that all the body parts line up properly. The rest of the plant has to learn how to assemble the vehicle as well. The first group of vehicles won't have a serial number and aren't sold to the public. Some are used for yard vehicles around the plant for several years and others were given to schools for the auto shop classes. Some of these school vehicles may have eventually gone out the back door and got onto the streets. With liability insurance what it is today, things may have changed some what. Back somewhere around 1990 there was a prototype extended cab, short box, duallie one ton truck assembled in Oshawa. It was around the plant for several years before disappearing.
