Well, you have your choice. The car is either a Ford Popular or Anglia ranging in year from 37-52 (I believe 52 was the final year for them). In a war torn europe (england), cars were produced from existing tooling and produced for a budget minded consumer for a number of years.
Not much more info in the memory on them other than they make really burly gassers! -Mark

A guy in my area has a pro street Anglia. When he takes the car to a pre'49 only Street Rod Nationals event its a '48. When he takes it to a Street Machine type post '49 cars only events it's a '53. Gulp.
