Default September 2003 issue of Super Chevy

I was browsing through it and on page 121 there is a pic of a 69 yenko camaro. In the bottom left hand corner of that picture there is a small portion of a quarter of another 69 Yenko Camaro, but it is dover white. The text beside it says that only two were painted that color. Did Don order a few special colors for customers that didn't like the six he had to choose from? I thought they were only made in yellow, blue, gold, orange, fathom green, and rally green.

Maybe they are Jack Douglass Yenko/non-Yenko. I think Stephano had a Dover White one.

* Yenko's were Dover White. John SSL78 on this board owns one and Gary Licko owns the other one. (I think that is his first name)

Andy, you are correct in your original thinking. Don did not order/sale 1969 Super Camaros in any other color besides the six you posted. The car(s) in question was ordered/sold out of Douglass Chevrolet. Douglass had an agreement with Don to purchase/install the sYc trim package.

Tom:
Thanks for clearing this up for me. When I first saw it, it had me wondering if it was the real deal. Well, you learn something new everyday. Knowledge is power. Especially in today's world of clones!
I don't think any of you guys have seen my cars, so here is the address. There is also a few pics of when I was just a kid. http://www.elbert.k12.ga.us/~jvereen...apersonal.html

Charley how could you remember your childhood? I heard that you were an orphan that grew up on the streets of L.A.
