Default 396 MOTION NOVA

My fiance and I have come across a 1970 ss 396 nova with all signs pointing to a motion car. I like to speak to a knowledgable person before i go any further.someone said there was one 396 floatin' around, any thing will help.

Send your $1500 to Joel Rosen, he'll verify for sure, he made them, many mail order items were added to stock, production cars by people during that time.
