Default 67 L88 Corvette on ebay

Anyone see the 67 L88 Corvette on ebay? Says he doesn't know if it is original or not. Looks great, maybe not street legal, but if this is real, $36,000 would be a steal. Wasn't this the year of the fewest L88's?

What does a "proper" #942 block mean??? 1967 L88s were produced after March 1967,#942 production ended in June 1966[From the VIN listed this car was built Nov 1966]....It should have a "proper" #351 block regardless of what it is,and it cant be a factory L88 unless it was a Prototype, copo conversion ,Duntov Model, motion performance yenko edition.... wrong valve covers, rad. shrowd, exhaust manifolds, master cylinder - booster, the leather interior is terrible, flared fenders, paint scheme, wheels, and thats just for startes, without docs its

PS. Dan Mershon said the same thing about his Z06 Convertible. Call Dan and ask him why this very "rare" L-88 is not staying in his personal collection.

Maybe finding the "corner" of the buildsheet documents it being a real L88..?? Maybe non L88 cars had round buildsheets...

....sold at Douglass Chevrolet.....(payback time John P. !!!!!) Looks like a very cleverly worded ad but this is a VERY cool car....Wish I had it...I love 6 tail lights on a Vette....

Same flares as my '64 vintage race car. This car is too early for an L88. Cool car to have for open track days if it could be purchased at a decent price.

It's a neat piece...gets tough around $40K to justify a tribute L88.
