i seen a nice black transam today, i think maybe a 01 0r 02, i pulled beside it and it had a 435hp emblem on the hood. i've asked around about these cars and they said they were built by gmmg for carl black pontiac? it sure sounded mean i'll tell ya. anybody have anymore info about these cars?

Sounds like you saw a Phase II Blackbird. They were modified by GMMG and sold by Carl Black Pontiac. I'd love to have a Black Phase II with red stripes on the hood; what a great looking car! Check out www.gmmginc.net for more info and pics. Dan
