Default looking for insights into buildsheet

Attached is the buildsheet for my 71 SS454 Monte Carlo.
All of the bottom information is hand written (charge to, ship to, etc.)
Is there any signifigance to this fact or the fact that the "charge to" is the Chevrolet Motor Division?
I've seen plenty of buildsheets, just not hand written, nor with the "charge to" field completed?

It could have been an early test Mule,or a Zone Rep.ordered one for his personal use.
How early is your VIN#?
Sometimes cars were ordered this way when they were to be Featured in Magazines for roadtest articles.GM Proving grounds in AZ. was a common area to do this,as well as in Michigan.
I have a few Mule sheets here and all of them have that Field filled out,and some were handwritten.

Default Re: looking for insights into buildsheet

thanks for the input Rick,
It was built in April of 71...so its pretty far off from being an early production car. I had discussed it a little with the guy I bought it from a few years ago, and I think he referred to it as a "zone car", but I really wasn't sure what that really meant? or means.
I also found that I am the 8th person to hold title on it...the last guy had it since @85 and literally never drove it. (currently has 63K).
So it had 6 owners in first @14 years. (sure seems to have changed hands quite a bit)must've been a victim of the gas crunch!
