Default Get Better DC

Our Own Dennis Cumby,(ORIGLS6),was unable to attend the Fred Gibb Memorial Carshow yesterday, due to a detached Retina.
Heared he had to go into surgery, and have it operated on immediately.
Eye hope all went well,& you are able to See this Pupil in Collinsville at SCR7 come Sept.3-4.
We Missed You Dennis

Not to worry Frank...I spoke with the old goat, I mean Mr Cumby, this eve. The surgery went well, he is home and has been ordered to rest for several days. He is not supposed to use his computer for approx. a week so don't be fooled by his silence. Although I doubt he will listen to his doctor.

All of the attendees at LaHarpe missed DC and his '70 Gibb Chev but word is Mr C and car will be at sCr7. Sorry you were not able to attend DC, obviously eyes are more important than car shows! We missed you and all were very glad to hear the surgery was a success! However, your absence gave Howie, Uncle Ken, JD and I the opportunity to spread all kinds of nasty rumors about you! Not tomention what JD and I did to Howie. Now you have advance notice so you can get even with us in Collinsville. Watch out Frank, he drove Muffin one time and I can vouch that he has a very heavy foot!

Take Care Mr C. and Get Well Soon!!

Frank, be careful what you wish for. Afterall, I believe a detached retina is what Big Daddy had a problem with. DC may have been out practicing.

A detached retina is something I am familiar with. I had one in high school. Get well Dennis.

Ok DC, come clean. I was ribbing you about your drag racing skills and the workings of a modern Christmas Tree and you have to come up with THIS for an excuse???? Some people go to such lengths to get out of something. Next thing you know, Marlin will break a leg. I suppose.......I could run your car through the traps as well. Geeze!
