Default Las Vegas company consigning cars for Europe???

A friend of mine was contacted by a Las Vegas company about a Z06 he had on ebay. They claim to consign Corvettes etc. for sale in Europe and can get "big money" for them. Anyone know anything about this deal? I can't remember the name of the company but I will ask again. They appear to be legit according to my friend.

Over the years I have had lots of oportunities to ship my cars overseas and have always refused. Especially on the muscle cars etc. These cars belong to Americans. They should be held in trust for future Americans. Dont sell our heritage. They can have all the plastic 32's they want but keep the stock muscle cars here.

Dont want to be rude, but thats about the most stupid thing i¨ve ever heard. Real americans are proud off the fact that their cars, and what comes along with it, goes worldwide..

I can tell you this, every single day, all year long for the last 50 years, muscle cars, normal cars, and all kinds of rare parts and so on, leaves USA to please another enthusiast somewhere else on this planet. And BTW, americans deep down heritage does come from worldwide, they came from all over the world and built USA into what it is today.

I think there is a big muscle car market outside of the USA -- Just ask COPO ANDERS. He posted pictures of a local show near where he is and there were Road Runners and Camaros I wish would surface here in the USA... One of those of course would be his COPO! No hard feelings but lets put the hobby in perspective.

I would be careful about who you deal with. I had a 1969 Chevelle SS, Monaco Orange on white, A/C, TH400, 1 owner .. P-o-P car deal go sour on me when I was dealing with a seller out of LV. He claimed the car was all original and when it came to see the engine pad he said he did not know what it was... A member here ran a search of his screen and a handle full of ads popped up from his dealer selling classic cars. And he doesn't know what a engine pad is?? PM me for his e-mail.
