No problem, I have to go through some of the boxes this weekend and see if/what I have. Man, I totally missed getting on that truck--my boss sent me on an unexpected business trip and I didn't have a chance to call Fred in time. Did your LS6 arrive ok? I lived in southern Cal for 8 years and NEVER saw that particular car for sale (and I remember most of the rarer Chevelles that were on the market)

Sorry you missed out on the truck. It was full by the time it left AZ, so it won't reach my destination until the end of next week given the holidays etc.
I supect the LS6 didn't go through too many hands given that very few things were changed on the car and the car was never repainted. Even the steering wheel wasn't changed until just a few years ago. Another big hint is the fact that the original wheels are still on the car. I know if I would have had it in the mid to late 70's when I was buying Chevelles, the wheels would have been changed out the day after I bought it. I know someone will remember that car due to the color...but I just have to find that someone! Thanks again Scuncio for checking out your stash for me ![]()
