I read this on the Digital Corvetts forum. I am just posting this and make no claim as to if it works or not. When I read it I was not sure what to think about it? It does sound interesting. Just in case it does work I thought I would pass it along.
I have to say that it sounds like BS to me? But I have no way to disprove it or not. -------------------Pantera Unlock trick My mom taught me a neat trick I thought I would pass on about how to unlock a car using a remote from a distant location. Say you locked your keys in your car and you had an extra remote at home. Call home and have the person at the other end press the unlock button while pointing the remote at the phone and point your cell phone at the car at the same time and presto it unlocks. I tried this on our Sebring and it worked perfect. I tried it on my 94 and it was a no-go but I am sure that is because of the FOB. This should work on all of the early C4's without the PKE feature and any car that uses a remote to unlock the car. -------------------------- What can I say you just never know ???? ![]() If nothing else it is a great joke...? ON ME??? Pantera

There is a show here in England that is very popular called "Top Gear".
The host did something similar on one episode. He got an extra 20'-30' of range on his Mercedes remote by putting it to his temple and pressing the unlock button while facing the car with his mouth wide open. ![]() Scary how much radiation we deal with on a daily basis!!

I would have to put the remote under my chin for the aftermarket alarm in my GN to turn off. That system was a PITA!
