Default another '68 SS427?

I just tracked down some pics of a '68 circa 1983. It initially looked like it might be Mark Hassett's but there are some interesting differences.

The car in the Black and white photo is also a RS. Obviosly never had a rear spoiler either because it has rear mount ant.
