Help ID '71 Z28

Hi Guys,

I am considering the purchase of a 1971 Z28 for my collection. Could you guys help me to ID and make sure the #'s match.

VIN: 12478N508832

Cowl Tag: ST 71 12487 NOR 102792 BDY
TR 775 62 62 PNT
09A Z28.19

I am posting pictures of the tags and PP. I will post the other numbers as soon as I receive from seller.

I appreciate any help.
