Sam...What was the final outcome on the truck problems? Did GM take care of you? Did anyone at the Plant help you out?

Right now I could probably buy a new one with what Ive spent on time and phone calls. They have had this truck a total of 89 days for service, the dealer is only showing 57 days(I guess he is not counting the 3 weeks it sat there waiting for an injector specialist to work on it).. They are saying that anything less than 60 days does not justify any type of claim..Can you imagine your work truck being out of sevice for 2 whole months for warranty work and its justified? Im waiting on one last avenue before going legal on them...

All I would like to say is that I sure do like my Dodge Diesel Dually.

Try telling them you are going to go trade it in for one and sue them for the time loss and then see what they say. I would be walking up and down in front of their sales offices with a sign on my shoulders about the fact they are not able to fix your truck and taking so long. Two or three days should be enough. Have you called the local tv stations? They love stories like these.

Sam...If you think I can do anything here, let me know. I am amazed that the people you spoke to at the Plant didn't take care of this. Mabey I can get someone higher up? Let me know if you want me to persue it.

I really appreciate all you have done already, the plant guys were helpful but could only get me so far, Im now back to the original guys supervisor and he is checking on the time, he has until tomorrow, I sent them a proof of loss which shows amounts I had to pay another company to do MY work and how much money our truck generated while in service, they would be very smart to just give me a new truck which is one 10th of how much I lost and could sue them for..
