An engine "what it's worth" question

Fellow Club Member emailed me on this. He has the following engine in a Chevelle Wagon and is making a change. Wants an idea of what it might be worth. Would appreciate some input.

- 67 Camaro 396.
- Block casting 3902406.
- Block date C 1.
- Assembly T0622MZ.
- Block VIN 7L164062.
- Head castings 3917215.
- Head dates F 27 7 (both).
- He didn't give information on carb, perhaps it's sans carb.

Modifications:
- 70 LS5 iron intake.
- 70 454 oil pan.

According to him it runs just fine. He's had the wagon at our annual Chevelle Show each of the last three years.

Anyone care to input what he should ask for it? Thanks.
