Default Goodguys Puyallup 7-15-06

Went to the Goodguys show at the Puyallup Fairgrounds (not far from Tacoma). My favorite show of the year. They opened it up to pre-72 stuff but I didn't know until we were there. Next year I'm takin' my Camaro.

Feast your eyes.

In the parking lot was this c55 Imperial.

Love that bumper sticker! The original Hemi.

Nicely tubbed '56.

Customized '40 Ford.

'41 Ford custom.

Model A sedan from '28 or '29.

'59 El Camino.

'46 Ford woody.

'40 Ford woody. Looks good with blackwalls.

Sweeeet '55.

Extended-cab '41 Ford truck.

Willys' RAT with alloy heads.

The Americans and ribbed front tires did it for me.

Another retro-Willys.

I think that's a '40 grille, as opposed to the more popular '41 style.

Another nicely done '32 sedan.

COOL--redlines and Cragars on this '56 Pontiac Safari (their Nomad).

Yenko-striped Chevelle with BIG cam and HUGE rump-rump idle.

"Matranga" '40 Merc custom.

"Patina'd" '32 highboy.

Art Morrison's '55 Chevy test car--with the Morrison frame upgrade and Bill Mitchell 427 small-block. COOOOOL.

Second-gen with new crate LS-7 (I think---it was the new Corvette engine) plus a six-speed.
