I believe all 69 boosters were stamped 9204. At least the performance ones were. 068 is the julian date code. The 68th day of 69? Don't you worry about those little numbers, you just worry about this Novas ain't worth enough money to restore like camaros and chevelles, they are only good for this

Try Steve Gregori at www.brakebooster.com
He will be able to tell you what you need for those years.

Those 9204 boosters are the valuable ones.
You should be able to trade those for whatever you need...and then some.
Steve sells his restored 9204's for $500.

9204 translates into the part # for the booster assembly. For some reason, it's *not* the same as the last 4 digits of the part #. You need the magic decoder ring to relate the two #'s.
Drum boosters were different #'s.

0749 and 9079 for 68 Camaro & Nova with drums.
8515 and 9078 for 68 Camaro & Nova with discs.
3972 for for 69 Camaro & 69/70 Nova with drums.
9204 for 69 Camaro & 69/70 Nova with discs.
