Looking for: Hemi Cuda fraud article in Hemmings

As the title states...

I'm looking for the article in Hemmings Muscle Machines about the guy from NY who got caught for fraudulently misrepresenting a Barracuda as a Hemi Cuda car.

It might have been 3-4 issues ago.

Have there been any other documented accounts of car fraud? I'm looking for cases that might have been published in magazines or law journals.

July 2006 issue page 62,then October 2006 issue page 14,and lastly November 2006 issue,page 12 for the Epilogue.
