Why is that car like 100,000 dollars too cheap?

Isnt this the same guy who had a yellow GSX that was in Japan also?? it sold about 6 to 8 months ago.. I want to say the yellow one was out of the Otis collection at one time.

Reading in the auction about the supposed engine noise, I'd sure be looking first at the flywheel! .
These auto Buick flex-plates were famous for cracking and the resulting noise was very similar to lower engine knock. .
I won on a few deals back in the day where you'd get a Buick cheap w/ a 'bad engine' and sure enough, one flex-plate later and it'd be a sweetheart! .

And with the early car story in the auction, is this even an early enough Vin for the possibility of it being true? .

I agree! Someone may have scored a great deal on a show/circuit car if I understand the thread over on V8Buick.

Haven't seen the current Hemmings magazine, but I hear the Stage 1 Buick got some good praises. Nice for the Buick guys!
