1969 Camaro COPO 9737 140mph Speedo Value.

Trying to go through stock and see what I should keep and what I should sell. This one has me a bit stumped. I am planning to hold onto it but if I decide to sell it what would be a fair price to ask for it or reserve if I go the E-Pay route. Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure that is an original? I thought speedos were date stamped on the back.

On the originals the reverse image of the numbers and AC logo were visible on the backside aluminum.

Should have been a paper tag attached if I remember right which could have fallen off. I can't claim to be an expert on these since this is the only one I have ever had, you can tell that it is old, the rubber bushings for mounting it are dried out and the 1/10ths wheel has the expected light yellowing to it but that is about all I can say for sure. From what I was told it came out of a Fathom Green Yenko local to where I bought it that was cut up as a race car years agao.

was this speedo standard equipment in all the 427 69 camaros? I see this months feature car, the ZL1, has the 120mph unit. Trying to get edgamacated here.

The 140mph speedo is a COPO 9737 piece...the feature car is only(!) a COPO 9560...
