Kim's right.No L-78's in the 1971 model year.
ST 71=1971 13617..should be ending w/37=is 2 door Malibu Body style w/any 8 cylinder engine. R=Ass.plant,Arlington Tx. 11093=is Body Sequence No. TR 706=Black Vinyl Bucket seats. 19 19=is Tuxedo Black paint upper & Lower. 11E=is November 5th week assembled. 496=internal tracking no. None of this will signify what engine it came with originally. Find out specifically why they are making the L-78 claim. |
