Pony Car Showdown III
Pony car loyalists won’t want to miss the United States Muscle Car Federation’s Pony Car Showdown III on May 12, 2007, in Williamsport, Maryland. The one-of-a-kind event will spotlight 60 classes of past and present pony cars competing in judging to be crowned 2007 USMCF Pony Car Champion.
The following cars will be represented: Dodge Challenger; Ford Mustang; Chevrolet Camaro; Pontiac Firebird; AMC AMX and Javelin; Mercury Cougar and Plymouth Barracuda.
The 2007 event will feature many new classes and awards, which will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place contestants in each category. Several special “best of” awards will be given, as well. Calendar car winners will also be selected and featured in the 2008 USMCF Pony Car Calendar. In addition, the show will feature DJ music, vendors, displays, fun activities, a car corral 50/50 door prizes, goody bags and a special event dash plaque to the first 100 registered participants.
The event will be held at the Williamsport Redmens Club, 16129 Lappans Road, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
