Default 1967 L35 Camaro

Hello all, My 1st post on this site however I've been browsing for a while. My name is Keith and I have a mostly numbers matching/date code correct '67 396/325 4spd Coupe. Bolero Red/Std Blk with 73K original miles, Completely documented with POP, title history, resto reciepts and Camaro Corral magazine cover car. I don't know if it is considered a "SuperCar" by your standards but to me it is in fact a Super Car.

Just wanted to say hello and hope to "fit in" here.

Nice car Keith. Don't worry about fitting in with this crew, over all they are a great bunch of guys that just love cars. They can be tough at times but it is all in the best interest of the hobby.
take care Joe

Thanks for the welcome guys and Bruce that is a sweet combo that Bro Gary has. Yes, I have been a member over at TC for a while (since I started on my quest to acquire my dream car). I wasn't sure if my car was considered a "SuperCar" so never posted over here. I have loads of pics and quite a story on my acquisition of my car also.

I live near the shore in NJ and hopefully can hook up and gain more knowledge in all things Camaro from you folks.

I think if you look around you will see that the members are a little more relaxed now and being a "Supercar" is not nearly as important as it once was. Many members have posted their "other" Chevrolets as well and just as importantly their other makes of cars as well. Just look at the "Members Rides" section.

Some of the nicest iron out there have been shown on this website and that is what it is all about. Show us whatcha brung. Some of the neatest threads on here are of people who have been restoring their cars such as Darrenx33's Rally Green Z-28, Kwizz'ss 66 Biscayne, Postsedan's numerous post '69 Chevelles or 69ss396's Z-28 just to name a very few. Threads such as njsteve's 72 TA restoration gave me a whole new found ambition to cleaning up original cars. Based on the number of responses to that thread, I was certainly not the only one.

All you have to do is look at the number od responses to see we love this sort of stuff. It gives us a chance to see how other people do their cars and some of the detail they put into them. Maybe someday I can convince Chad to post his beautiful Cortex Silver LS-6 progress pics as he on his own has taken a very rough car and turned it into one hell of a restoration which is nearing the end.

Regardless, keep the stuff coming. That is why most of us stay here.
