Question on new "Supercar" Phases??
There is a awesome looking 2002 Berger Camaro on ebay.
It was a Phase 1 as sold from Berger, then the next owner, who bought it at 900 miles sent it back to GMMG to be upgraded to a Phase 3. Question is, what would it be considered, a modified phase 1 car, or a true phase 3 car?  Beautiful Car! Ebay Ad
