Default ZL-1 engine in not original body

I'm interested in purchasing this car, anyone who knows the car or can offer opinions and/or suggestions on the car and it's value is much appreciated. Apparently the car was restored by Frank Naples out of Youngstown, Ohio. The restoration was completed in 1994. The body is an original COPO 9561 body, which means it was originally equipped with the L-72 cast iron engine. When Mr. Naples found the car, the motor had been replaced with a 454. When Frank did the restoration, he replaced the 454 with an original ZL1 aluminum block. The interior is original except for the carpet and the dashpad.

So, what we have is a correct COPO 9560 ZL-1 engine in an original COPO 9561 body, which is also the original color - Hugger Orange.

What do you experts think? Any thoughts are appreciated.
