Default 1969 L78 Vacuam hose routing questions

I have a 1969 Elcamino L78 (396).Can anyone tell me where the vacuam hose from the smog pump in front of engine on pasenger side goes? The assembly manual shows to front of the Holley carb but on next page of assembly manual it shows that vacuam port(on carb) goes to the distributer vacuam and the carb has only one port in that location. Also it shows a cable tie was used,is if a unique item or any cable tie? On the back of carb it has the vacuam 'tree' with 2 ports(one for power brakes),is other plugged or used? Thanks in advance for your help...

Doesn't it come out of the Holley to a T? From the T to the distributor and the smog pump?
