Default Anyone remember a green 69 Yenko from SF Bay area?

Just playing on the computer and scanning through the various forum topics (while being blasted by the local SF Bay Area storms) and had a memory flash back on a 1969 Yenko that used to run at the local race track (Sears Point - now Infineon)….
Does anyone here know of or remember a green 69 Yenko from this area? This was probably in the 1986-87 time frame when I last saw it. I ran against this car a few times in one of my Camaros (I never won, he was a way better driver) and chatted with the guy quite a few times (very friendly guy).
I believe he was the original owner and every time I tried to convince him that his car was rare and valuable and he should be careful with it, he would just laugh it off and say he bought the car to have fun and that’s what he was doing…….. He actually drove the car to and from the racetrack and never seemed to break anything (at least not when I was around). Since this was quite a while ago, I’m guessing this car was real and not a clone, but I never checked it out close enough to be able to say what was original and/or correct.
Just wondering what ever happened to that car and if the same guy still owns it and is he still “having fun“ with it ????????
