Default Weird Cycle with Posi Rear

We had this cool side-car scoot on the boat the other day. I've had a few bikes but I've never even seen one of these before, any guess on the make?

sorry, not a Jawa. I had one of those, the shifter doubled as the kick start. ( you're on the right side of the planet though!)

Your Correct, that is a URAL, they still import them, you can either get single or two wheel drive. Those things are fun in the snow and pretty unstoppable. You will not want to ride that thing over 35 on a paved road unless you want to loosen every filling in your teeth. I'd love to have one, although the build quality isn't that great. BMW boxwer knockoff.

Correct - an IMZ-Ural. Word has it 5 BMW's were procurred and copied by the Russians prior to WW2 for this design.

The local cycle boneyard is/was a dealer and any I've ever seen all had the comrade-sidecar option..
