I don't know if Wayne does them, but Terry is a certified classic car appraiser. It costs around $300+, but the product is very good.

I would figure that an appraisal from Wayne Bushey would hold a lot of weight in the Nova world, similar somewhat to Galen Govier in the Mopar world, Nova's are all Wayne does.
