Are those black side fins correct---I have only seen them painted to the car color or chrome?

There has been discussion about the louvers on Stevesnovasite. If I remember correctly there are two different part nbrs for them. One for painted, one chrome. I've had nos painted ones that came with a factory primer. Rarely do you see them in chrome, but with the correct trim package, I think they are correct. I don't know that they are correct for this car. I'd bet they should be painted.
Yes, that would be GH. Yes his place is very nice. This might be a new building. And that could be a box of ho hos he's looking into.
