Default late 69 muncie date.

guys would a late build nov of 69 camaro have a 1970 coded muncie trans?thanks

mine is a 10D of 1969 and is stamped P9R14B

the m21 would have a 660 case, but the late cars used the 70 661 case

so from what i can research the only way to tell if a P9R14 is a early oct 69 car vs a late oct 69 car would be the letter code at the end? early cars dont have it and late cars do but the stamp is the same?

not sure when they started the A, B or C but that is a good indicator....the stamp is the same...also, like I said, there is the 661 case as well for the late cars.

what case number do u have?

also - in your statement above "early oct 69 car" u mean built in Oct of 1968 is what you are referring to I assume.

yes iam referring to a oct 68 built car ,my trans is a p9r28 date.
