Help Needed - 69 Camaro not starting

Anyone live near Van Nuys, CA who can help me get my stock 69 Camaro Conv started? I am probably not adjusting points correctly. Ideally someone with a dwell meter and timing light so we can dial the engine in properly. Happy to pay private party or mobile mechanic for their time. Just need someone very experienced and familiar with stock points and setting timing who knows what they are doing, I clearly don’t. 🙃 Thanks
